As we are an independent business not linked to any Estate Agency or Developer, we act in the sole interest of our Clients to ensure the best return on their purchase. We can also assist you prior to and after the purchase, offering you a wide range of services such as: analysis of the local market and of expected capital growth and rental yields; referrals to solicitors and surveyors; referrals to reputable professionals for the refurbishment, maintenance or management of your new property.

A Retainer Fee of £750.00 (which will be deducted from the Success Fee) is required before starting the search.  A Success Fee is payable on exchange of contracts or on signing of the tenancy agreement (amounting to between 1% to 2% of the property value depending on the latter and on the search criteria or the equivalent of 1 months rent).
